In addition to stainless steel, in recent years Valbruna has successfully focused on the production of nickel and titanium alloys in rods, profiles and wire. Due to the absolutely superior corrosion-resistant properties of titanium and its low specific weight, it is used in more and more products, for instance in medical technology (implants), the aviation industry and in the production of fastening materials and instruments.
The nickel and titanium have a completely different market than stainless steel and are also more expensive.
